For smaller items such as soft furnishings delivery will usually be by Royal Mail while larger items such as furniture will be delivered directly by us.
In all cases you will be asked to sign for delivery of goods. Delivery charges for fabric are based on the weight of items sent and are added automatically to your order during checkout. The exact delivery charge will be displayed before you commit to purchasing.
FURNITURE DELIVERY ZONES
Delivery charges for furniture are based on postal zones and will be calculated automatically from the postcode entered during the checkout process. Delivery charges for up to 4 items of furniture are as follows:
ZONE 1 £20
ZONE 2 £65
ZONE 3 £80
ZONE 4 £125
ZONE 5 £165
ZONE 6 £200
Only postcodes for mainland GB are included for furniture delivery. For delivery prices to NI, Eire IofM or IofW please telephone or email for a price.
DELIVERY OF SMALLER ITEMS
Carriage charges for smaller items are based on Royal Mail or courier delivery and will be calculated on checkout. These charges are based on a flat rate for UK delivery.
RETURNS
